Description |
||
Stochastic measures how close the closing price of a price bar is to the intervals recent price range. As closing prices reach the upper band, they tend to rise and when prices approach the lower bands they tend to fall. A moving average of the blue Stochastic %K line provides the data to calculate the red Stochastic %D line. %K values greater than 1 affect the smoothing of the %K line. |
